If a pricing error is identified, Embrenn may cancel the order and issue a refund or contact the customer with the corrected pricing before proceeding.
Orders are subject to payment verification and approval. Embrenn reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or billing/payment issues.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been processed and Embrenn has confirmed the order for fulfillment. Embrenn reserves the right to limit quantities, decline transactions, or cancel orders at any time prior to shipment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to the terms outlined in Embrenn’s Shipping & Delivery Policy. Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and service levels may vary depending on item size, weight, destination, and carrier selection. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Embrenn is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, manufacturer issues, customs, remote delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside its control.
7. Freight, Large Format, and Special Orders
Certain items, including but not limited to commercial displays, large UPS systems, server equipment, racks, and other oversized products, may require freight shipment, special handling, appointment delivery, or additional lead time. Special-order, custom-configured, non-stocked, or manufacturer-direct items may not be eligible for cancellation or return once processed. Freight deliveries are typically curbside unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to Embrenn’s Return Policy. Return eligibility may vary by product type, manufacturer policy, condition of goods, and whether the item is special-order, opened, installed, or used. Customers must review the Return Policy before placing an order. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Many products sold by Embrenn include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, and service procedures vary by brand and product. Embrenn’s total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
